Brain Bites Group partners with FundReady to help nonprofits and workforce organizations become fundable from the inside out. FundReady's proprietary ORCA™ framework evaluates organizational readiness across eight domains, including governance, financial controls, compliance and operational systems, and produces a prioritized 90-day action roadmap. For organizations pursuing Brain Bites Group programs, FundReady helps them build the institutional infrastructure to sustain and scale that investment.
