Decision Training, Built in Three Layers

Brain Bites Group develops decision-making the way any real skill is built, in stages. Each layer has its own age group, its own program and its own kind of practice, and each one builds on the layer before it.

The Three Layers

One connected framework, from early childhood through workforce and athletics leadership.

Layer 1: Cognitive

Early Foundations

For: PreK-5, ages 3 to 11

Young children learn to notice when they are making a choice, and to name what they feel while they make it. The lessons are carried by characters children follow. This layer is the Brain Bites Kids program.

Layer 2: Interpersonal

Peer and Team Decisions

For: Grades 6 to 12 and workforce entry

Students practice the choices that actually come up at their age, peer pressure, responsibility and speaking up. They work through them as scenarios, before the real consequences arrive. This layer is the Creative Focus program.

Layer 3: Managerial

Leadership and Athletics

For: Supervisors, team leads and competitive athletes

Higher-pressure simulations build composure, resource decisions and steady judgment for people who are now responsible for others. This layer is the Creative Focus Pro program.

A Separate Offering

AI Deployment Risk Audit (ADRA)

The three layers above are the Brain Bites Group decision training framework. Separately, Brain Bites Group offers the AI Deployment Risk Audit, a governance assessment for organizations that are deploying AI agents and need to know where their risk sits. It is a distinct product for a different need, and it has its own page.
