Brain Bites Group was founded by Fredrick Short. Before he built decision training tools, he spent 23 years coaching and training kids in basketball.
Coaching is where the idea started. A composed player is rarely someone who was simply born calm. They are someone who practiced the same read so many times that pressure stopped changing the outcome. Over 23 years Fredrick watched that happen on the court again and again, and saw that the same principle applies far beyond basketball.
