HOW IT WORKS

You get better at deciding by deciding.

Not by reading about it. Every instrument here puts a person inside a situation, asks them to choose under the conditions the choice actually carries, then shows them what their choices add up to.

The method

Scenario-based practice is the whole method. A person is put into a realistic situation with incomplete information and a choice that carries consequences. They choose. They see what follows. Then they do it again with a different situation.

No single scenario has a right answer. Several choices are defensible and each one trades something away. What gets measured is the pattern across many of them, which is far harder to fake than an opinion about yourself.

That is why nothing here asks a person to rate their own judgment. Self-report measures confidence. Scenarios measure decisions.

The profile

The Decision Intelligence Profile is what comes back. It takes about eight minutes and it is open to anyone.

It reports across five competencies: Situational Awareness, Strategic Mindset, Sense of Agency, Reflective Synthesis, Rapid Decision Making. A profile is a shape rather than a score. There is no passing result and nobody is ranked against a stranger.

It also names a growth edge. That is the competency a person's dominant instincts tend to crowd out, so it is the one to reach for deliberately when a decision calls for it. Knowing which one it is changes what a person does in the room.

Daily practice

The Decision Training Gym is where the repetition happens. Short scenarios, taken daily, in the same five competencies the profile reports on.

A profile tells someone where they stand. It does not move on its own. Judgment gets built the way any skill does, by repeating the same read enough times that pressure stops changing the outcome.

The framework underneath

Every instrument here reads the same five competencies through the same framework. That is the part that matters.

It means a profile from one instrument is comparable to a profile from another. A person assessed as an individual, a team assessed together and a document read for the decisions it demands are all being read against the same five things. The vocabulary does not change when the surface does.

The framework is the Decision Intelligence Framework. It is documented, not implied.

What we build

For an organization that wants more than a snapshot, we build the system around it. That means tracking profiles over time as people train, directing practice at the growth areas the profiles actually show, then reporting it back in a form a leader can act on.

Tell us what your team has to decide and under what conditions. The system gets built around those decisions.

If your situation does not fit any of this, say so and describe it anyway. The first conversation costs nothing.
